We need the plant to produce ne 26 cotton karded yarn (51%) and ne 30 cotton karded yarn (49%) with rated production 5 million /year (3 8 hour shift/345 working day). The plant should include:
1) blow room with i line chute feed for processing cotton, 600-1200 kg/hour
2) high production card rated production 60-100 kg/hour
3) high speed draw frame, delivery speed 750 meter/minute
4) simplex fly frame 120/spindle per frame at speed 1400 rpm
5) ring spinning frame (optional) with 1200 spindles/frame, lift 180mm gauge 70mm, ring dia 40-42 mm suitable for running upto 20, 000 rpm
6) winding consisting 7 sets of auto cone winding, circular magazine type, 60 drum each equipment with auto splicer (air spicers).
7) installation/eraction cost
8) cost of freight from your location to chittagong port via 40 feet containers
Please quote your price in euro, cif Chittagong port basis. Plant should be maximum 12 years old.
