Dear Sir/Madam
We are manufacturers of electrolytic tin plate sheets. We are currently planning to augment our production facility by adding various downstream businesses at our works in Jamshedpur. We are planning to do component punching, lug cap making from scrolled/plain ETP sheets. You are requested to send quotations for the same. The specification and other details are as under :
This is to be installed and commissioned in the next financial year 08-09.
1.For Lug cap manufacturing we need the following speciation.
Twist-Off(R) metal lug closures for use on a wide range of glass jars.
With or without safety buttons.
Diameter (mm)30, 38, 40, 43, 51, 53, 58, 59, 63, 70, 77, 82
Tamper EvidentYes, safety button optional.
2.For component punching machines.
We need two scenarios/ choice of two machines:
Quotation #1: 5000-10000 mt per annum.
Quotation#2: 10000-20000 mt per annum
ETP SIZES:
Max.width: 1220 mm
Max cut length: 1105 mm
Gauge: 0.14 to 0.40 mm
You must send us the following information with brochure immediately, so as to enable us to put it up in the board meeting for next financial year.
