Details	I want to buy 42.5 N Portland cement. (BS EN 197 / 2000 CEM Class 42.5N). The final shipping port is Dubai. Therefore, suppliers from Pakistan and India will have an advantage when shipping costs are considered. The order is for 10,000 mt of Portland cement in 1 or 2 mt jumbo bags.
